*Membership Disqualification & Termination Guidelines*
◻️ *1. Grounds for Disqualification or Termination of Membership*
A member may be disqualified or have their membership terminated under the following circumstances:
*a. Misconduct or Unethical Practices*
* Involvement in misconduct or any unethical behavior.
* Actions that are against the objectives or interests of the Trust.
*b. Mental or Physical Incapacity*
* Declared mental unfitness by a competent authority.
* Death of the member.
*c. Continuous Non-Participation*
* Repeated and unjustified absence from Trust meetings, programs, or activities.
*d. Insolvency*
* Declaration of personal insolvency or bankruptcy.
*e. Criminal Charges or Convictions*
* Involvement in criminal activities or charges leading to conviction or imprisonment.
* Allegations of mismanagement, corruption, or abuse of Trust responsibilities.
*f. Non-Renewal of Membership*
* Failure to renew membership within the prescribed period.
* If renewal is delayed beyond 30 days of the due date, the membership will be automatically considered canceled.
*g. Voluntary Resignation*
* A member who submits a resignation will be considered to have canceled their membership from the date the resignation is accepted by the Committee.
◻️ *2. Consequences of Membership Termination*
* Upon cancellation of membership, the individual will immediately lose any position or authority held within the Committee or Trust.
* The member shall no longer participate in decision-making, elections, or represent the Trust in any capacity.
